At PÜR Minerals, we want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare and makeup purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for products that do not meet your expectations. If you are not happy with your order, we will gladly issue a refund to your original payment method, excluding shipping fees.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid UPS or USPS return shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely package your items in their original containers and include the packing slip to ensure your refund is processed accurately.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Drop off your package at an authorized shipping location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
